Digital Delivery Policy

All products offered by onetreegift are 100% digital goods (personalized videos and certificates). No physical items or packages will be shipped to your physical address.

Delivery Process & Timeline:
- Processing Time: Each order is individually crafted and personalized for you. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for us to prepare your custom video and certificate.
- Delivery Method: Once completed, your final digital files will be delivered directly to you via Email and/or WhatsApp (using the contact details you provided at checkout).

Important Notes:
- Please double-check your email address and phone number during checkout to ensure smooth delivery.
- If you have not received your digital delivery after 5 business days, please check your Spam/Junk email folder or contact us with your order number at: batandtrees@gmail.com.
