Digital Products Refund Policy

1. No Refunds / Final Sale
Due to the nature of digital items—which are immediately accessible, downloadable, and copyable upon purchase—ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE once the order is completed and the download link or access has been provided. 

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you waive your right to a refund or withdrawal period for digital content.

2. Exceptions (Technical Issues & Duplicate Purchases)
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. A refund or replacement may be issued ONLY under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Corrupted or Non-Functional Files: The downloaded file is broken, corrupted, or completely non-functional, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
- Major Defect / Misrepresentation: The product delivered is significantly different from what was described on the product page.
- Duplicate Payment: You were accidentally charged multiple times for the exact same order.
