Welcome to onetreegift! This website is operated by onetreegift. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to onetreegift. We provide digital goods and services, including personalized videos and digital certificates, hosted on the Shopify platform.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”). 

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & PERSONALIZATION
All products available on onetreegift are 100% digital goods (customized videos, certificates, and downloadable digital content). 
- No physical item will be shipped to your physical address.
- Customization Details: You are responsible for providing accurate and correct personalization details (such as names, dates, or custom messages) during checkout. We are not responsible for spelling errors or incorrect information provided by the customer.

2. FULFILLMENT & DELIVERY
Because our digital products are crafted individually for each order, processing time takes between 3 to 5 business days. Final personalized files will be delivered electronically via Email and/or WhatsApp based on the contact details provided at checkout.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PERSONAL USE ONLY
All digital products, designs, videos, templates, and content provided by onetreegift are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
- Personal Use: Purchased products are strictly for your personal, non-commercial use.
- Restrictions: You may NOT resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, modify for commercial resale, or upload our files to public file-sharing platforms.

4. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

5. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Due to the custom and digital nature of our products, all sales are final once delivery has been completed. Refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are governed exclusively by our Digital Refund Policy.

6. GOVERNING LAW & CHANGES TO TERMS
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with local laws. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time by posting updates to our website.
